Virgil van Dijk and Andoni Iraola hit out after Liverpool denied 'clear penalty' against Arsenal - as Reds boss reveals he will tell Alexander Isak to 'dive on floor' in future

Liverpool suffered a 1-0 defeat, with both manager Andoni Iraola and captain Virgil van Dijk publicly criticising VAR after the Reds were denied what they called a 'clear penalty' during the match against Arsenal on Sunday. Iraola expressed frustration by sarcastically stating he would now instruct striker Alexander Isak to 'dive on the floor' to win penalties in future. The incident has sparked debate over refereeing decisions and the effectiveness of VAR in the Premier League.
