Vuelta a Espana 2026: Eddie Dunbar wins stage 19 as Enric Mas maintains overall lead

Ireland's Eddie Dunbar won stage 19 of the Vuelta a España 2026, a hilly 210.8km route from Velez-Malaga to Penas Blancas. The 30-year-old caught and passed Colombia's Santiago Buitrago, the King of the Mountains leader, in the final 300 metres after the pair were part of a four-man breakaway. Spain's Enric Mas retained the overall race lead with two stages still to be raced.
