West London’s Queen’s Club bids to open two new squash courts

West London's Queen's Club, a prestigious tennis venue known for its pre-Wimbledon tournament, has submitted planning proposals to add two new squash courts to its West Kensington facility. The plans include one court designed for doubles competitions and another for exhibition singles matches, supplementing the club's existing three singles squash courts which currently have poor viewing facilities. The development would also include 15 new pram-stores and a Housing Office for Hammersmith and Fulham Council, requiring the demolition of several derelict buildings.
