When do the 2027 London Marathon ballot results come out? Here’s what we know so far

The ballot results for the 2027 London Marathon will be announced on Tuesday, 14 July, as confirmed by London Marathon Events CEO Hugh Brasher on the Runner's World podcast. The 2027 edition will be a historic two-day event, with an expected average field of 50,000 runners per day, meaning an estimated 34,000 to 40,000 ballot places will be available in total. A record 1,338,544 people entered the ballot, resulting in very slim odds of securing a place.
