Serena Williams, 44, is making her return to competitive tennis at the Queen's Club doubles tournament in June 2026, nearly four years after her last match at the 2022 US Open where she lost to Ajla Tomljanovic in the third round. The 23-time Grand Slam champion received a wildcard to compete in the women's doubles alongside Canadian teenager Victoria Mboko. Williams had re-entered the International Tennis Integrity Agency's anti-doping testing pool in August 2025 and was cleared to compete professionally from 22 February 2026.
