White Sox, Roch Cholowsky Agree To Record Draft Bonus

The Chicago White Sox selected UCLA shortstop Roch Cholowsky with the first overall pick (1-1) in the 2026 MLB Draft and have agreed to a record bonus deal. Cholowsky will receive a $10.35 million signing bonus, the largest in MLB Draft history. The agreement was reported by Jim Callis of MLB Pipeline on July 13, 2026.
