British light-heavyweight boxer Ben Whittaker, who is undefeated in 12 professional bouts with 11 wins and one draw, has spoken to BBC Sport about his ambition to break into the American boxing market. Whittaker credits childhood influences, including watching Floyd Mayweather fight at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas and the sitcom Everybody Hates Chris, for fuelling his dream of succeeding in the United States. The 2020 Olympic silver medallist is now looking to make his mark on the American boxing scene.
