Why Cam Skattebo was penalized for trucking defender vs. Texans

New York Giants running back Cam Skattebo was penalized during the team's Week 7 NFL game against the Houston Texans for a trucking-style hit on a defender. The penalty drew attention due to Skattebo's reputation for physical, hard-nosed running. The infraction was flagged by referees under rules protecting defensive players from certain types of forceful contact.
