Why is 'College GameDay' randomly at Minnesota vs. Indiana in Week 9?

ESPN's College GameDay has chosen to broadcast from the Minnesota vs. Indiana Big Ten matchup in Week 9, a decision that has raised eyebrows given that several other higher-profile games are scheduled for the same weekend. The selection is considered surprising as the matchup is not widely regarded as one of the marquee college football games of the week. The choice has prompted discussion about the criteria used by the show's producers to select their location each week.
