Why Lewis Hamilton and Isack Hadjar escaped major Monaco penalties explained

During the Monaco Grand Prix, the sixth round of the season, Lewis Hamilton received a five-second time penalty for exceeding the pit lane speed limit by 0.1 km/h, which was served during his second pit stop under the safety car. Both Hamilton and Isack Hadjar were also investigated for alleged safety car infringements after falling more than 10 car lengths behind Kimi Antonelli, in breach of Article B5.13.2 of the FIA Formula 1 Regulations. FIA stewards ultimately decided no further action was required against either driver in both cases, with identical reasoning provided for each.
