Why the FIA stewards weren't lenient with Charles Leclerc in Miami GP
Charles Leclerc received a 20-second penalty after the Miami Grand Prix, which was a conversion of an uncompleted drive-through penalty issued by FIA stewards. Despite initially holding fourth place, he was overtaken by both George Russell and Max Verstappen late in the race.
