Willie Mullins fined and horse disqualified after failed drugs test at Cheltenham

Trainer Willie Mullins has been fined and had a horse disqualified following a failed drugs test at the Cheltenham Festival. The racecourse itself was also fined after losing a hard drive containing CCTV footage of its stables, raising concerns about security and evidence preservation. The dual sanctions highlight both a doping violation and an administrative failure in the sport's integrity procedures.
