Wimbledon record prize money increase fails to end dispute with top tennis stars

Wimbledon has announced a 20 per cent increase in prize money for this year's tournament. Despite the record rise, the increase has failed to resolve an ongoing dispute between the All England Club and top tennis players over pay. The friction between leading stars and the Grand Slam organisers therefore continues heading into the tournament.
