With Devin Lloyd, Bobby Okereke, Panthers employ NFL's top ILB duo

The Carolina Panthers have assembled what is being called the NFL's top interior linebacker duo by pairing Devin Lloyd and Bobby Okereke. Defensive coordinator Ejiro Evero, now in his fourth season leading the Panthers' defense, has built the combination into a key strength of Carolina's 3-4 base defensive scheme. The pairing is seen as a major solution to a longstanding need within the team's evolving defensive structure.
