Women's record falls at Utica's 49th Boilermaker

The 49th Boilermaker 15K road race took place in Utica, with first-time participants Alex Matata and Tsigie Gebresalama leading the 2026 field. Gebresalama made history by breaking the women's course record for the 15K distance. Both runners competed in the event for the first time.
