Women's Six Nations 2026: Monaghan to start for Ireland against Scotland
Second row Sam Monaghan will make her first start of the 2026 Women's Six Nations as the only change to Ireland's XV for their final match against Scotland at the Aviva Stadium on Sunday. Monaghan replaces Dorothy Wall, who drops to the bench, following Ireland's 33-12 victory over Wales in Belfast. Monaghan, who has 30 caps for Ireland, had been on the bench for the previous three Six Nations matches after missing the opening game against England.
