‘Worst I’ve hit it in a couple years': Scottie Scheffler extends cut streak despite swing issues at the Memorial Tournament presented by Workday
World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler carded an even-par 71 at Muirfield Village during the second round of the Memorial Tournament in Dublin, Ohio, extending his PGA Tour record of 75 consecutive made cuts despite what he called some of his worst ball-striking in years. Scheffler was 4-over par through 10 holes and made three consecutive bogeys before recovering with three birdies over his final eight holes to stay in contention. He is chasing a historic third straight Memorial title, which would make him only the second golfer alongside Tiger Woods to achieve that feat.
