Wrexham thrash Millwall for 1st win of season

Wrexham secured their first Championship win of the 2026-27 season with a convincing 3-0 victory over Millwall at The New Den on 2 September 2026. The goals came from a Zak Sturge own goal in the 28th minute, followed by strikes from Kieffer Moore (52') and Jacques Ekomie (69'). The result lifted Phil Parkinson's Wrexham into the top half of the table, while Millwall, managed by Alex Neil, have now conceded eight goals in their last two games following a 5-1 loss to Southampton.
