Matt Fitzpatrick and his brother Alex shot a tournament-record better-ball round of 57 (15-under-par) in the third round of the Zurich Classic of New Orleans, moving them to 30-under-par overall and opening a four-shot lead. The English pair overhauled halfway leaders Alex Smalley and Hayden Springer, who carded a 61, with the Fitzpatricks combining for 13 birdies in the round.
